The TURGAN 1011 BMS Battery Monitoring System, designed for military ground vehicles, monitors the status of onboard batteries. It provides users with detailed information on State of Charge (SOC), State of Health (SOH), and State of Function (SOF) of both primary vehicle batteries and mission-critical subsystem batteries. Featuring an embedded learning algorithm, it tracks temporal characteristic changes to deliver accurate real-time data and issues maintenance alerts to prolong battery life. By optimizing battery usage, it prevents unnecessary replacements, reducing service and operational costs. Additionally, it supports decision-making during field operations, enhancing operational efficiency and personnel safety.
TURGAN 1012 BMS Battery Management System allows monitoring the status of vehicle and duty batteries in military land vehicles as well as power supply and control of the switching elements and subsystems. It can provide information to the user about the state of charge (SOC), State of Health (SOH) and functional status (State of Function-SOF) of the vehicle batteries that support the vehicle’s basic power requirement and the task batteries of the vehicle integrated subsystems.
The 1013-BMS Remote Controlled Circuit Breaker is designed by Barko Electronics for military and civilian ground vehicles. It allows the electrical system connection of the vehicle to be disconnected or reconnected via a control switch in the driver’s cabin. The system features an integrated safety barrier, enabling use in areas with explosive risks due to chemical materials or fuel. In emergencies, the 1013-BMS disconnects the ignition circuit, alternator field winding, or CAN-BUS system. It also allows the disconnection of the battery connection, with programmable delay times for these operations.
Power Distribution Unit, designed by Barko Electronics for power distribution and switching on land and sea platforms, is a programmable rack-type unit. It can be remotely controlled via serial communication protocols and customized according to different power input/output configurations. Power distribution is based on factors like ambient temperature, voltage, current, and sensor data. It also allows manual control in emergencies. The unit includes 1 power input, 6 power outputs, and 1 serial communication line. The maximum output power per channel is 360 Watts. Indicator lamps show power status and provide warnings, while CIT testing ensures continuous monitoring.
Modular Power Distribution Unit is designed to provide controlled and protected power to systems used on land, sea, and air platforms. Power distribution is carried out using AC and DC modules, with the control module ensuring protection, power transfer signals, and communication. Energy from AC/DC power inputs is transferred to subsystems via the modules. The system features high/low voltage, high current, short circuit, and temperature protections. Remote control and data monitoring can be done via Ethernet and RS485 communication lines. The system can be produced with different mechanical interfaces, and its modular structure allows for fast maintenance and modernization.
Circuit Breaker Family is used to protect power lines in air, land, and sea platforms when sub-units in the system draw high current or enter a short-circuit state. Unlike electro-mechanical circuit breakers, Semiconductor Circuit Breakers do not contain any electromechanical components. This allows the product, which has a very low probability of damage, to be used for a long time. The TURGAN 1410 CBF Circuit Breaker Family provides high-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, precise current protection, and remote/manual control options.

TURGAN 1611 Filter Module-704 is a filter module designed to prevent malfunctions that may occur in electronic units due to transients and spikes in the power lines of avionic systems operating with 28VDC nominal input voltage, up to 300Watts, as required by the MIL-STD-704 standard. Using active analog control and power infrastructure, the module keeps 80V/100ms and other power input transients at the nominal voltage level. In addition to high voltage and current protection features, the module also has high temperature protection features. Since the TURGAN 1611 Filter Module-704 is designed with low volume and weight, it is suitable for integration in avionic systems.

This product enables systems operating with 28V nominal input voltage to perform their duties in the field in accordance with MIL-STD-1275 standard and without any problems.Filter Module-1275 ensures that the system continues to work in case of transients and spikes that can occur in defense systems. The Expandable Missile Firing and Test System is designed for testing and firing missile systems. It allows ammunition to switch between Safe/ARM positions via the EKM interface. The system includes firing interfaces compatible with structures like batteries, motors, and bolts, enabling safe health checks of the ammunition. Besides test and firing tasks, it keeps the firing interfaces in a safe position. It performs health and mission checks using discrete signals and dry contact interfaces. Power outputs energize missile sections like guidance and telemetry. It supports Rs485/Rs422 interfaces for guidance and telemetry up to 10Mbps. SAGAY 2411 DRU Data Recording Unit is a processor-based recording unit that stores analog and digital data in real time especially designed for use in military land vehicles. In the unit which has an expandable and modular architecture, real-time speed information and signals from the vehicle are recorded together with time and date information. By means of the hardware infrastructure of the SAGAY 2411 DRU Data Recording Unit it is possible to record additional analog and digital data. The recorded data can be examined through the Analysis Software designed for the application and statistical analyzes can be made on these data.
SAGAY 2511 DAU Data Acquisition Unit is a system developed for military platforms that collects and saves data (digital data, video, audio, position and digital and analog data from sensors) coming from the units on the platform it is installed on and sends it over the data link. It has been designed modularly so that new interfaces needed on the platforms it will be used can be added to the system quickly. By means of this feature the unit can meet the needs cost-effectively and quickly. SAGAY 2511 DAU Data Acquisition is also able to offer recording on the unit with optional memory unit that can be added as needed.
The NARA 5011 SAS Siren Announcement System, developed for military vehicles, enables users to make announcements and monitor external sounds. The external control unit allows remote control of the main unit and simplifies installation within the vehicle. The system can continuously play 5 different siren types (A, B, C, D, E) and activate alarms and sirens using independent buttons. The control can be disabled via a switch. It supports two 100Watt horns and allows announcements via a handheld terminal. The external microphone and independent internal speaker allow monitoring of surroundings without leaving the vehicle. The speaker has an on/off switch and volume control for adjustment.
Visible and IR Roof Flashlight is an LED-based lighting system designed for military vehicles. It provides notification with visible light during the day and operates with IR light at night, remaining invisible to the naked eye. The system includes its own LED driver and can be powered using simple switches in the vehicle without the need for additional units. Both visible and IR lights can be controlled separately through different inputs on the same connector. When both lights are powered, they flash at intervals to enhance visual perception. The HARE 6311 PTP Pan-Tilt LED Spotlight is a high-performance LED spotlight designed for security and surveillance applications. It provides a wide coverage area with its 360° rotation capability and a pan-tilt axis rotation speed of 60 degrees per second. The IR and white LEDs can operate in low-light or dark environments. The BORGA 9011 CLS Front Cage Lifting System is developed to ensure the safety of drivers and personnel in military vehicles during field operations. Controlled via electric motors from inside the vehicle, it allows personnel to raise or lower the wire cage without exiting the vehicle. Featuring two actuators, the system supports automatic opening/closing and manual raising/lowering to the desired level. It also includes various protection algorithms, such as actuator protection, cage protection, high current protection, and reverse voltage protection.
